My rugs are old and worn out, and very stained from pets over the years, and he made them look almost like new with the exception of some wearing that can't come out! He took his time on the extra bad stains and spots and got them out, I was shocked and really thought they wouldn't get clean. He proved me wrong and I'm so happy with the results! Besides being a super nice guy, I would definitely recommend his services!"

"I got tar on my rug going upstairs and then on the carpeted upstair hallway -- major mistake on my part-- I was absolutely sick about it- the carpet looked awful with tar footprints. I called Stanley Steamer and they came out and took one look at it and said they could-not do a thing for it-- I would probably have to replace the carpet!!! Could not afford to do that-- felt even more sick!!! Called the company who installed my carpeting-- 12 years ago and they suggested I call John Rototo of Dirty Rugs. John came out today-- looked at the mess and said "let me see what I can do." He went to work and cleaned the carpet stains beautifully!!! My carpet looks great-- he saved the day for me.. and charged me a completely fair price of $65.00 for his miracle work!!! I am beyond grateful to him and his excellent job!!!! Goodby Stanley Steamer-- they charge way too much for average work anyway-- and hello my new carpet cleaning company!!!--- Dirty Rugs!!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!"
